Limitation on Net Craft India Liability : Net Craft India shall not be liable for nonperformance or delay in performance caused by any reason, whether within or outside of its control. Net Craft India keeps daily backups of their shared and reseller servers. No backups are stored or provided for Virtual Dedicated Servers, or Dedicated Servers. While Net Craft India tries its best to keep recent working backups, we are unable to provide any guarantee for the accuracy, date, or integrity of its backups. Net Craft India can accept no responsibility for any loss of data or consequences arising from this. Net Craft India always advises clients to back up their site data regularly for their own protection.
Net Craft India furthermore expects that its customers who provide hosting services (resellers) to others will ensure its customers fully comply with all applicable laws concerning the privacy of online communications and any other policy of Net Craft India. A customer’s failure to comply with those laws will violate this policy.
If a customer provides hosting services (resellers) to others and decides to cancel their reseller hosting account with Net Craft India then Net Craft India will not be responsible for maintaining hosting for the resellers customers.
Finally, Net Craft India wishes to emphasize that in accepting services, customers indemnify Net Craft India for the violation of any law or Net Craft India policy that results in loss to Net Craft India or the bringing of any claim against Net Craft India. This means that if Net Craft India is sued because of activities of the customer that violate any law, or this policy, the customer will pay any damages awarded against Net Craft India, plus costs and reasonable legal fees.
Failure to comply with any of our terms & conditions will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation.
Net Craft India reserves the right to change, edit, or update the policies contained in this document, along with the content on our website at any time for any reason without notice.
Identification Information
You agree that you as the person legally responsible for use of this account are at least 18 years of age. You agree to supply Net Craft India. With a current and truthful name, postal address and telephone number for our records, and you have a continued obligation to keep this information current. You also agree that you are an authorized user of any credit card that you supply to us and agree that we have an obligation to fully investigate any possible fraudulent credit card use.
Security
You agree that the security of your account is solely your own responsibility. Customer understands that Internet and other various networking communication medium are not secure, unless explicitly specified as such, and may be subjected to interception or loss Hosting.
Backup of Data
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Net Craft India is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Net Craft India servers.
Payment
If Your Non Payment Period of Bills Exceeded More than 7 Days Net Craft India reserves the right to suspend / terminate any services or web hosting account or domain name with or without prior notice. Net Craft India will not be responsible for any loss and damages or compensation for such suspend / termination case.
IP limits
SEO IP limit – Accounts can only use the allotted amount of IP’s that comes with a package to use toward SEO. If your package does not come with an IP you will be allowed only 1 IP address for SEO. IP’s used for SSL’ and valid uses will never been turned down. If found frauding IP’s for SEO past these limits the account(s) will be up for suspension and or termination. Domains with a dedicated IP must be pointed to our servers else risk the dedicated IP being removed from the account.
IP classes – Net Craft India cannot promise that we will be able to provide different IP classes on a single server. This all depends on what is available from our datacenter.
Due to a shortage of IP addresses around the world each dedicated IP must be requested via the dedicated IP request form and will only be given if the requester has a complete and valid reason. Dedicated servers will be charged a onetime fee of $10 for each order.
Prior Agreements
This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication you may have had with Net Craft India or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties.
Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of India shall govern this agreement In any event of dispute the area of Jurisdiction would be Delhi only.
